What does Sarah Palin’s Scandal Mean?

Cody Talley did a great job describing the finding in the ethics investigation against Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. But, what does this mean for the McCain/Palin ticket and the Election?

How did McCain attempt to spin his way out of this mess? Luckily for us the McCain/Palin camp has released a statement on the ‘Troopergate’ Report. Meg Stapleton issued the following statement:  Read More »

Who is the REAL Sarah Palin?

With John McCain's party's sorry and sad attempts to connect Barack Obama with antiwar terrorist Ayers, new revelations have come to light which beg the question: Who is the real Sarah Palin? The hockey mom? The pitbull with lipstick? The mother of a 17 year old pregnant daughter whose baby daddy is a self proclaimed "red neck' (euphimism for racist anyone?), a lovely hometown girl brought up with traditional values and wink to win America's hearts?

Obama states that McCain is trying to "score cheap political points"in the home stretch of this election season. The argument that Obama supports Ayers actions in the 60s is riduclous. It is shameful that they are attempting to link one man's actions in the past to another man who is running for President.  Read More »

Should Some People Not Vote?

Tonight, 20/20 will air a segment by John Stossel that entertains the argument that perhaps some people should not vote. This would have been a great piece and offered interesting dialogue in a subject matter that most folks do not second-guess.

That is … until John Stossel inserted his agenda and bias and attempted to make a piece on discouraging young voters from participating in their civic duty.

I agree with the premise of the argument. I do not think that uninformed voters should be casting their votes but at the same time I do not believe the government should set up standards in order to indentify these individuals.  Read More »
